I am a Mormon. I know most of what was said here was true. The only error that I noticed was that she mentioned more than once that Ishmael was the last prophet before Mohamed. It was not mentioned that Jesus Christ and His disciples existed prior to Mohamed. There is a common thread here that Islam is missing. According to my faith, Mohamed was a prophet of Allah(God). All so-called Imams who followed after him, sadly, were not worthy of being mouthpieces of Allah.
Government charity is gross corruption but personal giving is respectable.
Congressman Davey Crockett: There is a woman in my neighborhood, the widow of as gallant a man as ever shouldered a musket. He fell in battle. She is as good in every respect as this lady, and is as poor. She is earning her daily bread by her daily labor; but if I were to introduce a bill to appropriate five or ten thousand dollars for her benefit, I should be laughed at, and my bill would not get five votes in this House. There are thousands of widows in the country just such as the one I have spoken of, but we never hear of any of these large debts to them. Sir, this is no debt. The government did not owe it to the deceased when he was alive; it could not contract it after he died. I do not wish to be rude, but I must be plain. Every man in this House knows it is not a debt. We cannot, without the grossest corruption, appropriate this money as the payment of a debt. We have not the semblance of authority to appropriate it as a charity. Mr. Speaker, I have said we have the right to give as much of our own money as we please. I am the poorest man on this floor. I cannot vote for this bill, but I will give one week's pay to the object, and if every member of Congress will do the same, it will amount to more than the bill asks.
Do you know that President Obama supports abortion?
9/12 March in Washington
9-12'ers are there showing solidarity against the massive push by the liberal government to make America a socialist country. A nation where Freedom and Liberty are not allowed to be universal. Where the ruling elite, corporate elite, and the Hollywood and media elites are more equal than the majority of families that are just trying to pursue the American dream. The group that made the call for regular Americans to join as one voice against oppression and tyranny is called the 9/12'ers. The leading voices are talk show hosts from many cities all around the nation. their philosophy is simple. 9/12 breaks down in two ideas, "principles and values."
The Nine Principles
1. America is good.
2. I believe in God and He is the Center of my Life.
3. I must always try to be a more honest person than I was yesterday.
4. The family is sacred. My spouse and I are the ultimate authority, not the government.
5. If you break the law you pay the penalty. Justice is blind and no one is above it.
6. I have a right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, but there is no guarantee of equal results.
7. I work hard for what I have and I will share it with who I want to. Government cannot force me to be charitable.
8. It is not un-American for me to disagree with authority or to share my personal opinion.
9. The government works for me. I do not answer to them, they answer to me.
12 Values
* Honesty * Reverence * Hope * Thrift * Humility * Charity * Sincerity * Moderation * Hard Work * Courage * Personal Responsibility * Gratitude
Liberty and Freedom
Thomas Jefferson: "We must not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt. We must make our selection between economy and liberty or profusion and servitude."
Thomas Jefferson: "A wise and frugal government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government."
Brigham Young: The administration of Andrew Jackson was as good as that of any one that ever occupied the presidential chair, and he had a great many enemies. What do you think of that, you gentlemen who are acquainted with the United, or rather the once United States—you who have age and experience? You remember the struggle at the election of Andrew Jackson, and so do I. I repeat that his administration was as good as that of any man that ever administered the government. Some of his opponents did not like him very well for some of his political moves. I liked his moves, only he did not go far enough in removing the deposits and spoiling the United States Bank.
Save our Country from giving. Replacing our nonprofit organizations.
George Washington: It will be found an unjust and unwise jealousy to deprive a man of his natural liberty upon the supposition he may abuse it.
Thomas Jefferson: "A government big enough to supply everything you need is big enough to take everything you have... The course of history shows that as a government grows, liberty decreases."
Andrew Jackson: "If a national debt is considered a national blessing, then we can get on by borrowing. But as I believe it is a national curse, my vow shall be to pay the national debt."
